Banh-mi-ba

Who would’ve thought that Vietnamese are one of the largest minorities in the Czech Republic, right? In the last decade Vietnamese bistros took over Prague culinary scene and Czechs love it. It’s fresh, tasty, a nice break from heavy Czech cuisine. Our favorite is Banh-mi-ba – a small chain of Vietnamese bistros. We usually visit the one in Rybná street, but you can find several other locations. Give it a try – it won’t disappoint.
